St. Brigid’s proudly celebrated the Golden Jubilee of our historic 1975 Hurling Championship victory with a special gathering in the Clubhouse.

It was a night of memories, laughter, and pride as we honoured the men who brought the title home 50 years ago. Paving the way for our young players now.

The 1975 St Brigid’s Hurling Team:
Don O’Mahony, Donie Lonergan, Pat O’Donnell, Noel Costello, Gerry Philips, Paddy Madden, Daithí Stephens, Mick O’Brien, Colm Brennan, Mattie Keane, Joe Eagan, Mick Drennan, Robert Bryon, Dick Barron, Willie Markey, Jerry Nolan.

These legends of the club laid the foundations for all that has followed in St Brigid’s hurling. Their achievement continues to inspire every player who pulls on the red and white jersey today.

A huge thank you to all who joined us for the celebrations and to the 1975 team for the memories and the legacy they created.
