Dear Members,

We are delighted to share some good news and to extend a special invitation to you all.

On Sunday, 19th October 2025, at 3pm, An Taoiseach Michel Martin, along with our local Minister and club member, Jack Chambers, will officially open our new all-weather pitch in Russell Park.

This event marks a proud milestone in the ongoing development of our club. This new pitch stands as a symbol of progress and of what can be achieved when a community pulls together. It represents the vision of our founders, the generosity of our donors and sponsors and the dedication of our volunteers, coaches and players. Most of all, it embodies the spirit of St Brigid's — a club that belongs to everyone and a place where people of all ages and backgrounds feel welcome and valued.

We would be delighted if you and your family can join us on this special day to share in the celebrations. We hope to see as many members as possible present to mark this special occasion and to extend a warm St Brigid's welcome to An Taoiseach, the minister and our invited guests.

We look forward to seeing you all there.

Le meas,

Denis Courtney

Cathaoirleach
