On behalf of everyone in St Brigid’s GAA Club, I want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Cian O’Sullivan on being named St Brigid’s first-ever Hurling All-Star — a truly historic achievement for our club.

From his earliest days in Russell Park, Cian showed those unmistakable signs of greatness — skill, composure, and that quiet determination that set him apart even then. What makes his journey even more remarkable is that through every stage of it, Cian has remained grounded, dedicated, and a role model to all who have had the privilege to play with, watch, or support him.

Cian’s success is a source of immense pride and joy for our entire club. His All-Star award is a tangible acknowledgement of everyone in St Brigid’s who believes in nurturing young players — the dedicated coaches and mentors who give their time, energy, and commitment to our teams. These are the people who see the spark in young players, who nurture, encourage, and guide them to reach their full potential. We owe these volunteers a deep debt of gratitude for the warm, inclusive environment they create and for the lasting imprint they leave on our club and players.

Warm congratulations also to Cian’s family — Traolach, Margaret, and Caitríona — who have supported him every step of the way.

Well done, Cian — you’ve made history and made us all very proud.
