St Brigid’s GAA Club is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our much loved Mary O’Connor.
Mary was a valued member of our club community and a hugely respected figure in Ladies Gaelic Football, having served as Secretary of the Dublin LGFA. Her contribution to the development and promotion of the game, both locally and across Dublin, was immense.
She gave her time generously and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to support players, clubs, and the wider LGFA family. Mary’s commitment, warmth, and dedication will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
We extend our heartfelt sympathies to Mary’s family, friends, and all in the LGFA community at this very sad time.
