St Brigid’s GAA is asking our club community to come together and support Will Hennessy and his family as he faces a life-changing journey of rehabilitation and recovery.

On 3 July 2026, following a concert, 23-year-old Will suffered a tragic accident that resulted in a devastating spinal cord injury.

In an instant, Will's life changed, and he now faces a long and challenging road of rehabilitation, recovery and adjustment.

The Will Hennessy Trust has been established to help fund the specialist rehabilitation, ongoing care and adaptations Will needs to rebuild his life and regain as much independence as possible.
We are sharing this appeal with our St Brigid's community in the hope that members, families and friends will consider supporting Will in whatever way they can.

💚 Every donation, no matter how small, can make a difference.

Donations can be made through Will's official fundraising page:

For those wishing to make a more substantial contribution, donations can also be made directly to the Will Hennessy Trust using the details provided on the attached poster.

Please consider donating and sharing this appeal with your family, friends and wider community.

Together, we can help support Will on his journey towards recovery and a more independent future.

🤍
From everyone at St Brigid's GAA, we send Will and his family our very best wishes, strength and support.
