St Brigid’s GAA members and the wider community are invited to attend an important public meeting concerning Fingal County Council’s Draft Dunsink Urban Area Plan.
🏘️ What’s being proposed?
Fingal’s 2023 plan provided for approximately 7,000 new homes at Dunsink. The latest draft plan proposes up to 16,500 homes, with Fingal councillors due to vote on the plan on 14th October.
This is a significant development for Dunsink and the surrounding communities of Castleknock, Ashtown and beyond.

The Dunsink Development Group supports the development of much-needed housing, including social and affordable homes, while ensuring that infrastructure, amenities and quality of life remain central to the plans.
